General Provisions

This Shipping Policy describes the terms and procedures for processing, dispatching, and delivering orders placed in the Evermore Studio online store (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our store”).

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


Shipping Areas

We deliver orders within the Russian Federation, as well as to other countries where such an option is available at checkout.

Available countries, shipping methods, and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the items.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that Evermore Studio works with various brands and suppliers, and in some cases order processing times may be extended due to delays on the part of brands or manufacturers.

In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you to inform you about the order status and estimated dispatch time.

During periods of high demand, sales, or promotions, order processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you separately.


Delivery Time

Our warehouse is located in South Korea. Due to the current absence of direct air connections, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond Evermore Studio’s control. We kindly ask for your understanding.

We make every effort to speed up the delivery process and work with reliable and trusted carriers available at this time.

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination region:

  • Within the Russian Federation: on average 5 to 21 business days.

  • International delivery: delivery times may vary from 14 to 21 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and do not include possible delays related to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier operations.


Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.


Customs Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number, if the selected shipping method provides tracking.

Tracking information may be updated with a delay, depending on the carrier.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or return of shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
If a parcel is returned due to an address error, re-shipping is possible at the customer’s expense.


Uncollected and Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • refusal to accept the delivery,

  • absence of the recipient,

  • expiration of the storage period at the carrier,

we will contact you to clarify the next steps. Re-shipping is carried out at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.


Damage During Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the packaging or the item was damaged during delivery, contact us on the day of receipt and provide photo or video evidence. We will review your request and offer a possible solution in accordance with our Return Policy.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, actions of governmental authorities, disruptions in carrier operations, strikes, epidemics, or other force majeure events.
