Delivery geography

We deliver throughout the Russian Federation and to other countries if this option is specified during order placement. Available countries, delivery methods, and costs are calculated automatically during order placement and depend on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the item.

Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that Evermore Studio works with various brands and suppliers , and in some cases, order processing times may be extended due to delays from brands or manufacturers.

In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you to inform you of the order status and possible delivery times.

During periods of high demand, sales, or special offers, order processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you additionally.

Delivery times

Our warehouse is located in South Korea . Due to the current lack of direct air service, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond Evermore Studio's control. We ask for your understanding.

For our part, we do everything possible to speed up the delivery process as much as possible and cooperate with reliable and proven carriers that are currently available.

Delivery times depend on the chosen delivery method and destination region:

• Within the Russian Federation: on average from 5 to 21 working days.

• International shipping: Delivery times may vary from 14 to 21 business days.

The indicated delivery times are approximate and do not include possible delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions or delivery service.
