The incense holder by BRUCRI is made of 304 stainless steel and is designed to securely hold the stick while neatly collecting ash. The V-shaped groove allows it to firmly fix different types of incense. Thanks to its weight, the piece is stable and does not tip over.

Usage:
Place the incense so that the burning part is facing downward. The ash naturally falls into the cylinder after burning.
Care:
The cylindrical structure allows for easy ash removal. Allow the product to cool completely before cleaning.
Precautions:
Do not move the product during use. After use, allow it to cool completely. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations between items may occur. Incense sticks are not included.

Delivery
Shipping Geography
We offer international delivery. Available countries, shipping methods, and costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the delivery address, as well as the weight and dimensions of the items.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that Evermore Studio works with various brands and suppliers, and in some cases, processing times may be extended due to delays on the brand or manufacturer side. In case of significant delays, we will contact you to inform you of the order status and estimated shipping time. During periods of high demand, sales, or promotions, processing times may also be extended. In such cases, we will notify you additionally.
Delivery Time
Our warehouse is located in South Korea. Due to the current lack of direct air routes, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond Evermore Studio’s control. We kindly ask for your understanding. On our side, we do everything possible to ensure the fastest possible delivery, working with reliable and trusted carriers currently available.
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination region: Within the Russian Federation and CIS: on average 5 to 14 business days; International shipping: approximately 5 to 21 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include possible delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier services.
Exchange & Refund
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy: you may submit a return request within 14 days, excluding the day you received your order. However, at this time, returns are only accepted in cases of defective or poor-quality items.
